Shelbyville Grampa is a resident in Shelbyville who closely resembled Abraham Simpson from Springfield.
History
He was telling Shelbyville kids a story about their town’s origins and how their community was founded. He spoke while the children listened and drank turnip juice, describing how Shelbyville came to be separated and developed its own identity.
