Jean-Claude is a Canadian people smuggler.
History[edit]
Jean-Claude and François agreed to help Marge and Lisa cross from Canada back to the USA. Jean-Claude was annoyed at having to say everything twice, once in English and once in French. When the ice under their snowmobiles started cracking, they kicked Marge and Lisa off so that their weight didn't break the ice, and went back to Canada. Marge said that Canadians could be real jerks, and Jean-Claude said that for every Martin Short, there was a William Shatner.
