Mama Jama is the owner of Mama Jama's Gumbo Hut.
History[edit]
When Clancy Wiggum and Seymour Skinner were investigating missing persons reports, they went to Mama Jama's Gumbo Hut because that was where the missing people were last seen. Wiggum and Skinner pretended to be drifters from out of New Orleans to Mama Jama and ordered the gumbo. Mama Jama brought out their gumbo, then asked if they were a couple because the chef had bet ten dollars that they were. After Wiggum started eating the gumbo, he fell into it dead.
It was later revealed that the gumbo she fed them was a special zombie root gumbo that stopped the eater's heart for two or three days, then a whiff of the zombie gumbo restarted the heart. Mama Jama was feeding this special gumbo to customers to get zombie workers for Big Daddy.
