Rich Moore is an American director.

History[edit]

Rich Moore was one of the people who brought letters to Santa Claus into the Court House.[1]

He was seen at the inauguration of the Springfield Monorail, and later, he was one of the people who fell off the Escalator to Nowhere.[2]

He later appeared in Sideshow Bob's campaign ad as one of the convicts escaping from the revolving door prisons.[3]

After the church's collection money was stolen and Bart was blamed for it, he was among the people who insulted Bart when he came out of his house.[4]
