L.B. Mayhem is a film producer and owner of Mayhem Pictures.
History
After Scratchy quit The Itchy & Scratchy Show, Itchy went to L.B. Mayhem, who told Itchy they'd find him a new co-star. However, Itchy's heart wasn't in filming with other co-stars as he missed Scratchy.
After Itchy sabotaged every other job Scratchy tried to get, Scratchy went back to L.B. Mayhem to ask for his old job back. Mayhem agreed to let him come back at half his original pay.
