The factory worker is a worker at the Mr. Sparkle Factory in Japan.
History[edit]
When Homer rang the Mr. Sparkle Factory to find out why his face was on the Mr. Sparkle box, the factory foreman answered the phone. Upon realizing that he was speaking to someone speaking English, he handed the phone over to the factory worker instead. The worker told Homer that he'd send him premium to answer his question. Homer later received a videotape from the factory.
