Fennimore is a sheriff in Conklin.
History[edit]
When Superintendent Chalmers and Principal Skinner crashed their car into a genetically modified soybeans silo, Fennimore arrested them and took them to the Conklin County Courthouse to be put on trial. Fennimore's mother, J.T. Winchester, was the judge for the trial. Since Skinner knew how to deal with older women who hated him, he sweet talked J.T. Winchester and she yelled at her son, who was Fennimore. When Winchester let Skinner and Chalmers borrow her car, Fennimore asked why he was never allowed to drive it. Winchester told him that only good boys were allowed to drive it.
When Skinner was going back to Springfield, he was caught speeding by Fennimore.
