The jockey is the jockey of the horse One in a Million who races at Springfield Downs.

History

The jockey was late to a race because he was drunk, which led to a mix-up with Ralph, whom the jockey resembled, being mistaken for the jockey for One in a Million. When the race started, the jockey realized that Ralph was riding his horse and jumped onto it. This scared the horse, causing it to run faster and win the race by a mile.

Later, Chief Wiggum bathed Ralph, only to realize that he was bathing the jockey instead.
