Neil Terwilliger is the nephew of Sideshow Bob. He attends Springfield Elementary School.

Neil Terwilliger was chased down the school corridor by unknown men dressed in black who were working for Krusty. Neil had won the Krusty Kroissants Kontest after creating the winning slogan, "They're so tasty and extraordinary, you'll eat so much you'll have a coronary." However, the rules stated that any former employees or their relatives were prohibited from entering or winning any contests. The men in black gave the tickets to Bart if he agreed not to tell Dave Shutton.
Trivia[edit]
- Neil is the only member of Sideshow Bob's family who doesn't seem to be an enemy of Bart nor any member of his family.
- Since Neil is Sideshow Bob's nephew, it is possible that he is Cecil Terwilliger's son.
