Willy is an orca and the main character in the film Free Willy.
History
When Homer was at the Springfield Palace Hotel during a deadlock while on jury duty, he saw the film. He watched the director's cut and did not like it.
In one scene, Willy tried to be free by jumping out of his enclosure, but he failed and crushed the boy who had tried to help him.
