Basketball is quite a popular sport played and watched in Springfield. Homer sometimes plays Basketball with people like Lenny and Carl. WNBA games are also sometimes seen in Springfield. At one time Mr. Burns took over a basketball team from The Rich Texan. Yao Ming is a famous Basketball player that Homer has met.
