When Homer was in the Kwik-E-Mart with Sideshow Bob, he asked to buy an issue of the magazine.[1]
The magazine was one of many that could be found on "Krusty's Magazine Rack!"[2]

The magazine is a parody of Guns & Ammo.
The magazine's content is hinted at by the following:
