Location Information
|
Aubrey Medical Plaza is a medical plaza in Springfield.
History
Homer and Marge took Lisa to Aubrey Medical Plaza to see Dr. Dorothea Chaplet when Lisa was feeling depressed about the ecological state of Springfield. Dr. Chaplet gave Lisa some EMDR stimulator tappers to use. Parking at the plaza cost $12, which Homer complained about to Dr. Chaplet.
Behind the Laughter
The name of the plaza, and the sign giving the problems of "Eye-Roll Injuries," "Ironic Detachment," and "Reattachment," are a reference to actress Aubrey Plaza and some of the tropes characters she plays use.
