History[edit]
after his predecessor, Frankie, died, the new health inspector came to inspect Moe's Tavern and found it disgusting, listing several health code violations including first noting Frankie's corpse still being on the floor, but also chicken skins in the soap dispensers, cigarette butts in the air vents and a toilet on the roof. He closed down Moe's due to all the violations and told him it would only reopen when he fixes them all.
