Third Degree Burns is a supervillain alter-ego of Mr. Burns. He got his powers from the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant exploding.

History[edit]

Stretch Dude, Clobber Girl, and Bouncing Battle Baby were fighting against Third Degree Burns outside the Power Plant when Stretch Dude was transported to an alternate universe.

Behind the Laughter[edit]

Third Degree Burns seems to have similar powers and appearance to Human Torch from Marvel Comics.
