Rudy is a small young man wearing a Notre Dame Fighting Irish jacket.
History
He wanted to go to the Super Bowl, but he was too small to come to the Super Bowl according the travel group. He was therefore left behind, despite his plea that he makes up for his lack of size with "obnoxiousness".
Behind the Laughter
Rudy is a parody of Sean Astin's title character in the 1993 sport movie Rudy.
