Uncle Zio is the uncle of Fat Tony from Sicily.
History
Johnny Tightlips flew Uncle Zio out so he could celebrate the San Castellaneta Festival with him. However, Fat Tony didn't want to go to the festival and Uncle Zio came to America for Burning Man. Fat Tony and his uncle then decided to catch up and bond with each other.
Uncle Zio went with Fat Tony to the abandoned warehouse where Fat Tony got arrested.
