Cable News Network (CNN) is a 24-hour cable news network. It has studios in New York City.
History
When Homer and Barney go on the Duff Brewery tour their guide is briefly perplexed since he assumed everybody there must know of the widespread "rumors" about a batch of Duff Beer was contaminated with strychnine and it was even on CNN last night yet everybody in the tour group was totally ignorant of it.[1]
One of on-scene commentators for the Democratic Party presidential primary debate held at Springfield Elementary School was Andrea Crowley of CNN.[2]
When Kent Brockman went to New York City, he decided to go to FOX News rather than MSNBC and CNN. Brockman agreed to advise Bart with Kidz Newz and Bart admits he wants to show up his sister and Brockman is also resentful of his own sister who is the CNN Washington correspondent.[3]
Homer got to Kwik-E-Kart too late during the Hurricane Barbara looting[4] and only got a bag of ice which CNN aired for a week.[5]
One of the reason Homer gives to Marge on how come he will not quit using cannabis is he can make CNN funnier.[6]
