The snobby bully is a bully who attends Springfield Preparatory School.
History[edit]
During the school's annual fair him and two other students were bullying Greta Wolfcastle by playing keep away with her backpack. As she started to cry, the bullies continued making fun of her. Bart then started hitting them with Rice Krispies squares with his slingshot, prompting the three bullies to run away.
