The meth lab owner is the owner of 1501 East Oak Street.
History
Homer came round thinking it was El Chemistri. He then brings Homer in and is about to give him some crystal meth when the police break in and a gunfight starts. Marge comes in and throws her apple pie ball into the owner's mouth, reminding him of his mother's apple pie until he was knocked unconscious.
