Nathaniel is an employee at the Candy Shoppe in Barnacle Bay.
History
When the Simpson family was visiting Barnacle Bay, they walked past the Candy Shoppe. The employees were shocked to see tourists and Nathaniel offered to caramelize anything Homer wanted. Homer asked for his arm to be caramelized, which Nathaniel did although it caused Homer immense pain. Later, Nathaniel helped get the carousel up and running again.
He and the other candy shop employees spend their money on meth.
