Lord Montgomery is the owner of the Springfieldia Human Power Plant.
History
When Homer wanted an advance on his salary, he went to Lord Montgomery, but Lord Montgomery rejected him. Lord Montgomery had people pushing a giant wheel in the Human Power Plant to do nothing but cause suffering, which Lord Montgomery could then harness to turn into powder to cause him to grow tiny wings that did nothing. Later, the people of Springfieldia attacked his castle.
