Buck Bly is a pool installer and the nephew of Chuck Bly.
History[edit]
When the Simpsons were having a pool installed in their back garden, which they accidentally got instead of Ned Flanders, Buck Bly oversaw the installation. He kept telling Homer that the pool wasn't ready. When the pool installation people realized that Homer had stolen the pool, they demanded that Homer let them fill it in with dirt. When Homer refused, he called Herman and they set up defenses around the house. Buck and his uncle then laid siege to the house.
