Miss Viola is a woman who lives in a country house, just outside Springfield.
History
When Mr. Burns wanted to get Bongo put down, Abe and Homer took Bongo to her to keep him safe. Abe mistook her wife for her husband, annoying both women. Bongo reluctantly went to live with Miss Viola.
