The woman resembling Homer is an unnamed female who resembles Homer.
History
When Homer forgot to pick up Bart from soccer practice, Bart spotted a pink car nearing him. This was not Homer's car however, but was a woman resembling Homer driving whilst singing "I Am Woman". Because she had practically the same features as Homer, such as stubble, Bart thought it was Homer. Then, the woman's car passed Bart, but drove into a muddy puddle, making the mud splatter over Bart.
