Joe Franklin is an American radio and television personality.

History

When Homer was going to cut the cable TV Bart tried to stop him by reminding him of what they'd be missing: tractor pulls, Atlanta Braves, and Joe Franklin.^[1] He interviewed Krusty the Clown on his show The Joe Franklin Show.^[2]
