Ice Cream is a ice cream van that Springfield Police owns.
History
Chief Wiggum was giving out free ice cream for anyone who reveals their secret identities to the police from the van. Houseboy did it but was soon not happy for it the ice cream was coconut. Wiggum told him he ate all the chocolate and vanilla. Bartman didn't like what Houseboy did.
