Latino Ralph is a boy who attends East Springfield Elementary School. He bears a very strong resemblance to Ralph Wiggum in both looks and behavior.

History[edit]

When Bart was only speaking in Spanish due to a head injury, he was transferred to East Springfield Elementary School. One of the students he met there was Latino Ralph, who had a finger in his nose and said "yo soy un taco," which translates to "I am a taco."
