The Devil, also known as Satan, is in charge of Hell. In Treehouse of Horror IV and Treehouse of Horror XVIII Ned Flanders is the Devil. He often appears in visions or dreams. Whenever Montgomery Burns has a near death experience, Satan tries to get Burns there, but continually fails.
