The Springfield Atoms are Springfield's football team. They share an intense rivalry with Shelbyville's team, the Shelbyville Sharks. They play at the Springfield Atoms Stadium. The Atoms where stolen in the middle of the night from Portland.
They have a cheerleading group called The Atomettes.[1]
