The Navy admiral is an admiral in the US Navy and L.T. Smash's superior officer.
History[edit]
The Navy admiral went to L.T. Smash onboard the USS Sea Spanker and told him that they were shutting down project boyband because Mad magazine was publishing an issue which mocked the Party Posse. The admiral then pulled out a gun and used it to turn the voice enhancer off, making the Party Posse sound like their normal voices. Smash got angry at this and took the gun off the admiral and used it to flip the switch to allow the Sea Spanker to become operational again. When the Sea Spanker started to move, the admiral fell overboard.
