Eugene Fisk is Homer's former assistant and current supervisor at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant.
History
In the episode Homer's Night Out, Fisk is marrying a girl from valve maintenance and it is at his bachelor party that the infamous picture of Homer and Princess Kashmir is taken. Fisk and his father (moustached man in above picture) are the only two who are completely disgusted by the drinking, smoking and exotic dancing. Eugene is a very kind and caring person unlike most employees at the Power Plant.
