Leavelle is a professional bodyguard trainer who owns Leavelle's Bodyguard Academy. Given his accent, he is presumably from Texas.
He constantly berates the cadets of his Bodyguard Acadamy, but in the end, he lets them pass and as a reward he sang to the entire graduating class an impromptu rendition of theme to "The Bodyguard".
Behind the Laughter
Leavelle appears to be based upon the large man in a white cowboy hat who was tasked with protecting Lee Harvey Oswald when the Texas State Police were transporting him to court. Oswald was photographed being murdered by Jack Ruby, and it became an iconic photograph along with the shocked expression of Oswald's bodyguard.
