History
When Bart, Nelson and Milhouse were ordering something on the dark web to get revenge on Moe, Hacky appeared to help them. Hacky asked them if they wanted to either submit a false Medicare claim, doxx their ex-girlfriend or hack into PayPal. He then said that if they were caught, he'd morph into Snitchy the Weasel and give all their information to the FBI.
Behind the Laughter
Hacky is a reference to Clippy, the former Microsoft Office assistant.
