Paul McGuinness is an Irish shareholder, best known for being the manager of U2.
History
In order to beat Ray Patterson and get the position of Sanitation Commissioner, Homer interrupted a U2 concert being held in Springfield to give a speech and gain popularity. To get into the stage, Homer disguised himself as a "Potato man" and managed to fool Paul McGuinness and a bouncer that where guarding the backstage door.
