Mr. Lacost is a waiter who worked for the Quimbys. He falsely accused Freddy Quimby of beating him in a kitchen at the Quimby estate.
History
He was serving as a waiter at Freddy's 18th birthday party. While serving up dinner, Freddy was amused by the way Mr. Lacost pronounced "chowder". Quimby followed Lacost into the kitchen (where Bart Simpson was hiding), Lacost refused to say "chowder" to Quimby again, a commotion was heard and Mr. Lacost was knocked out, Bart was the only witness.
