The Civil War reenactor is a man who reenacts Civil War battles for school children at Fort Springfield.
History
When Principal Skinner refused to pay the Fort's admission, he got the students to watch the reenactment by peering overtop a large wall. One of the reenactors spotted them, however, and the class was forced to flee.
