History

He attended the Duff vs. Pawtucket Patriot Ale trial at the Springfield Court House, and was paired with Nick Riviera.

Behind the Laughter

Dr. Elmer Hartman is a character from Family Guy and was named after Seth MacFarlane's good friend and animator Butch Hartman, who is the creator of The Fairly OddParents, Danny Phantom and T.U.F.F. Puppy. Elmer Hartman is the real name of the animator (Elmer Earl Hartman).
