The Australian man is an unnamed Australian man.
History
When Bart had a knife whilst in a bar in Australia, he came up to Bart and said "you call that a knife? This is a knife!" then pulls out a spoon. Bart tells him that it's a spoon and he says that he sees Bart has played "knifey-spoony" before.[1]
He was seen laughing at a bartender when he received a prank call from Bart.[2]
