An Oompa-Loompa is a small orange man with green hair.

History
When Marge told her family of her experience at the Motherloving Sugar Corp., Homer asked if there were any Oompa Loompas there. She told him that there was one in a cage, but it wasn't moving. Later, when Homer brought the smuggled sugar back to Springfield, he demanded to see the Oompa-Loompa and Garth Motherloving showed him to Homer. He was sitting on a crate, smoking. Homer thought he was freaky.[1]
When Moe was in Maya's house, he turned on the TV and a group of Oompa-Loompas were on the screen. He quickly changed channel.[2]
