Krusty's Kids are a group of bullies. They all dress up as clowns.
History
The group of bullies attended the Bully Summit. After Bart was framed for shooting Chester, they tried to stop the Springfield bullies.
They were possibly mentioned by John Stewart when he talks to Krusty. He says "Well Krusty's Kids sure missed you". Then Krusty said "Yeah, they're great. A little clingy though". It's unknown if they're talking about the bully group or some other group of kids.
