Homer, Jr. is the son of Gretchen.
History
Homer was stuck in an elevator with Gretchen when she was pregnant, he helped her give birth to her baby, by delivering it, to which she named Homer, Jr.. Homer soon started to help Gretchen by, as a father, raising Homer, Jr. But Marge stopped Homer from seeing Junior after Junior tries to kill Maggie, when visiting the Zoo.
