Dodd Runtledge is twin brother of Rod Runtledge.

History

Rod Runtledge thought at his twin brother Dodd died in a plane crash in a remote South American jungle. After Rod became Fallout Boy, he discovered that his brother was still alive while at the drugstore to pick up photos from the armed forces day barbecue, which contained a picture of Dodd. After Rod, as Fallout Boy and Radioactive Man, meet him at a convent for hippies. They send him to military school after they discover he has amnesia.
