You may mean the song about the city
Capital City, also spelt Capitol City, is the capital and largest city in Springfield's state. It is a Major Metropolitan Urban Center, hosting major sports events, conventions, and United Nations conferences. It is also the birthplace of capital punishment. Capital city has a population of 6,339,760.
Nickname
Its nickname is The Windy Apple, derived from New York City's "The Big Apple" and Chicago's "The Windy City".
