History
He was riding in a van attempting to kidnap Bart. So, in return of giving Bart a mini bike, he so desperately wanted, they could gain American nuclear secrets. However the Chinese Intelligence in America caught Bart first.
Behind the Laughter
B.A. Bäckström is a parody of B. A. Baracus from The A Team. The van they ride in is a parody of the A Team van.
