Mrs. Babcock is the wife of Clay Babcock.
History
When Bart took a ride with Clay Babcock during a time trial race to determine his pole position, Clay said that he sometimes lets his wife drive. At this time, she was breastfeeding their child in the car. Mrs. Babcock then told Bart to remove his feet from the seat.
