The Dimoxinil user is a man who successfully regrows his hair using Dimoxinil.
History
He is bald, but uses Dimoxinil and wakes up the next morning with a huge mop of hair. Happy, he runs down the streets of Springfield, until he gets to Springfield Town Square, where he runs across Homer, who has also had success with the drug. The two of them happily dance around, celebrating their new hair.
