Edwina "Big Eddie" Bouvier was the mother of "Little Eddie" Bouvier. She lived in a decrepit mansion.
History
She and her daughter apparenlty became cult figures after a 1975 documentary film showed the two of them living in squalor in a decrepit mansion in Springfield's Recluse Ranch Estates. The documantary's title was "Gray Garters".
