Johnny's friend is an unnamed war veteran and friend of Johnny.
History
He was playing cards with Johnny and another man when Homer Simpson and Grampa were obtaining fake Canadian health cards from Johnny. Johnny made a joke about Grampa being able to buy enough drugs to make "Regina look like Saskatoon," and his friend laughed and complimented Johnny's joke.
