Smarmley is the lackey of Burnseneezer Scrooge. He appears in a story about the first Christmas card told by Grampa.
History
Cratchit gave a Christmas card to his boss, Burnseneezer Scrooge, who liked the card so much that he told to Smarmley that they are now in gretting card business. He fired Cratchit and hired orphans (more profitable than his former employees) to make Christmas cards, that he started selling.
